Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) is hiring a Maintenance Technician for our Reading, PA plant. This role performs a variety of maintenance tasks, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.

You will work with a team to perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns in a production environment. Starting pay ranges from $28 to $36 per hour with an extensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, 401(k), paid

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• A technical degree in mechanical or electrical trades is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Based at the Reading, PA plant performing maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Work as part of a team to perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns in a production environment.
• Multicraft training is provided to develop skills.
