American Berry Company is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for the night shift on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule, working 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This role focuses on keeping food manufacturing equipment running smoothly, with opportunities to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.

The position offers competitive pay in the $32–$36 per hour range, plus a $2.00 night differential, comprehensive benefits, and 11 holidays with PTO.

Formación

• Experience in electro-mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment quickly and safely.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and troubleshoot electro-mechanical equipment on the night shift.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations according to schedule.
• Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime.
