American Berry Company is seeking a hands-on leader to supervise production lines on a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts from 6 am to 6 pm. You will manage a team, drive efficiency, and ensure safety and quality on every batch. The role offers every other weekend off and a comprehensive benefits package.
