The role requires 3–5 years of electro-mechanical experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Windows and Excel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of electro-mechanical experience.
• Experience with high-speed industrial machinery and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics/blueprints and work from instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for 24/7 operations.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and computer hardware/software.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document activities.
• Train and coach technicians as needed.
