Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance II for the 3rd shift to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on material handling equipment and facility systems. The role includes training lower grade staff and supporting general building maintenance.

Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, coordinating parts, and ensuring safety and compliance with OSHA standards. The position offers a competitive starting wage and comprehensive benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, tuggers, and carts.
• Read and understand electrical schematics.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment.
• Maintain other DC equipment such as refrigeration, plumbing, lighting, doors, air systems, racking, tote washers, and painting.
• Diagnose malfunctions using specifications and documentation.
• Research parts and tools; weld and fabricate as needed.
• Document spare parts usage, inventory and labor actions.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage.
• Other duties as assigned.
