Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance III to perform advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of electromechanical systems within our distribution center.

The role includes supporting refrigeration, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and automated conveyance across a large warehouse. Qualified applicants have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, 4+ years on conveyor/automation, HVAC/welding certs, and proficiency with PLCs, CAD drawings, and maintenance databases.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional industrial maintenance experience.
• At least 4 years of conveyor and automatic sortation maintenance experience.
• HVAC and welding certifications.
• Read and understand blueprints and CAD drawings.
• Experience with 480V/3-phase industrial equipment and controls.
• Knowledge of PLC and computerized controlled automated systems, equipment, and functions.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Proficient with maintenance databases such as MP2, DataStream 7i, or Maintenance Connection.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair refrigeration systems, plumbing, building lighting, dock doors, air systems, racking, CCTV, and interconnectivity cabling (PC/PLC/Server).
• Use PLC and online applications to analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot automation malfunctions.
• Develop approved system modifications and procure resources needed to complete modifications.
• Weld and fabricate as required.
• Research parts, tools, and technology.
• Train lower grade mechanics.
• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.
• Other duties may be assigned.
