Job summary

Electrical Automation Services in Swedesboro, NJ, is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to support food manufacturing equipment. You will maintain electrical and control systems, document activities, and troubleshoot both hardware and software to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has an AS/AA in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent), hands-on experience with Rockwell, Siemens, and Mitsubishi software, and the ability to read complex schematics and P&IDs.

Qualifications

• AS/AAS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related experience.
• Familiarity with Rockwell, Siemens and Mitsubishi software preferred.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical/control design docs and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current documentation for all electrical and control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical or control-related issues across shifts.
• Provide training and coordinate activities of Electro-Mechanics on all shifts.
• Occasionally work offsite to support equipment troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure production equipment is maintained per schedule.
• Perform inspections safely while equipment is operating.
• Carry out preventive, corrective, or scheduled maintenance on process control systems.
• Keep accurate work records and report to supervisors.
