Trinity Rail Maintenance Services in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Coordinator for the night shift to implement and monitor safety programs, maintain records, and provide training to staff. You will support compliance with federal and state regulations and work with teams to resolve safety issues.

The role requires strong knowledge of safety standards, the ability to lead corrective actions, and experience maintaining thorough safety documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety or a related field, or equivalent experience/training.
• Computer literacy with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
• Bilingual (Written/Verbal Spanish) preferred.
• Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) preferred.
• First Aid/Responder or EMT certification preferred.
• Considerable knowledge of state and Federal safety, health, environment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement established safety/environmental programs for compliance with regulations.
• Administer and monitor corporate and BU safety/environmental programs.
• Maintain records of training, qualifications, certifications, etc., as they apply to safety.
• Provide training to enable effective operation of safety systems.
• Initiate, document and monitor corrective actions for safety program adherence.
• Gather information and generate required and/or requested reports.
• Work with employees to resolve safety issues and techniques.
