Job summary

Stulz in Denton, TX is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator for the 2nd shift to support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems. The role is hands-on, including inspections, JSA reviews, PPE checks, and incident support, to keep operations safe and compliant.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Safety or Emergency Management, 0–2 years manufacturing experience, and OSHA-30 plus First Aid/CPR/AED. Proficiency with MS Office and strong documentation discipline are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or Emergency Management
• 0–2 years manufacturing experience preferred
• OSHA 30 (General Industry) required
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification required
• ISO/OSH compliance exposure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support JSAs, PPE assessments, and hazard ID per ISO 45001.
• Conduct routine safety and environmental inspections.
• Maintain safety equipment and documentation control.
• Coordinate hazardous waste inspections and pickups.
• Track EHS objectives, KPIs, and corrective actions.
• Assist incident investigations and follow-up actions.
• Support training, toolbox talks, and employee engagement.
• Maintain ISO 45001/14001 records and audit data.
• Prepare for internal and external audits.
• Occasional travel (<5%).
