Cooper Farms is seeking a 1st shift Machine Specialist for the Liquid Egg Processing team in Fort Recovery, Ohio. The role focuses on maintaining equipment, starting up machines, and improving uptime through automation systems, within a team-driven, safety-conscious environment.

Starting hourly rate ranges from $19.90 to $23.45 with potential increases at 90 days; company offers profit-sharing bonuses and comprehensive benefits, including health coverage and 401(k). Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience with Cooper Farms or a similar operation is preferred.
• Candidates must be willing to complete HACCP training.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining assigned equipment to support production; setting up and ensuring machines operate correctly.
• Monitoring and improving uptime efficiency through operation of automation equipment.
• Collaborating with supervisors and leads to implement new ideas to improve automation equipment.
