Job summary

Cooper Farms is seeking a 1st shift Machine Specialist to join our Liquid Egg Processing team in Fort Recovery, Ohio. This role maintains equipment, sets up machines and ensures proper operation to support production.

Hours are Monday through Friday 6:00am–2:30pm with starting pay $19.90–$23.45 per hour, plus potential 90-day raise and monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience with Cooper Farms or a similar operation preferred.
• Willing to complete HACCP training.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining assigned equipment to support production.
• Monitoring and improving uptime efficiency through operation of automation equipment.
• Working with supervisors, leads, and team members to implement ideas to improve the automation equipment.
