Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Labeler Associate 1 for the night shift in Mineral Wells, WV. The role involves operating OMG/LEO machines, loading materials, and ensuring product quality on a 6:00 pm–6:00 am schedule with a 2x2x3 rotation. Starting pay is $16.89 per hour with weekly pay and a $1 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• +1 years of experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to other departments to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate OMG/LEO machines throughout the shift.
• Use measurement instruments to check work and adjust as needed.
• Load/ unload materials, assist in changeovers, inspect parts and ensure quality.
