Job summary

Novolex, a leading packaging manufacturer, seeks a Forklift Driver for Mineral Wells, WV. This role supports shipping and production by operating PIT equipment and moving rolls to designated areas.

The shift is 6PM-6AM on a 2x2x3 cycle; compensation is $16.89 per hour plus a $1 shift differential. Candidates must complete PIT certification and maintain it, with 1+ year forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of powered industrial truck experience is required.
• SAP experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate gas or electric lift trucks and clamps throughout the facility.
• Safely move products and load/unload to support production lines.
• Complete paperwork for safety, quality, and inventory reporting.
• Identify and report equipment problems and unsafe conditions.
• Support Lean initiatives and keep grinder and packing areas clean.
