Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - performs health status assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - documents interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation - evaluates responses and revises plan of care with the team.
• Leadership - participates in process improvement to improve quality and safety.
• Operations - contributes to daily department operations.
