Job summary

OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital is seeking a Staff RN for the Emergency Department. This full-time, night shift position (7p–7a) supports 24/7 operations and offers weekend and shift differentials.

The RN will provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in safety and quality initiatives. Ohio licensure and BLS are required; BSN preferred after five years of service.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current RN license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families in the Emergency Department 24/7.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Lead in process improvements and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality and safety.
