Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift in Parker, CO. You will conduct comprehensive assessments across multiple domains, develop and implement individualized care plans, and administer medications per orders with careful monitoring.

You’ll educate patients and families, coordinate with the care team, and ensure documentation accuracy while maintaining safety protocols. Ideal candidates hold an Associate’s of Nursing with RN licensure and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing required.
• Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.
• RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care to promote understanding.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
