Qualifications

• Prior bakery knowledge is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to use sound reasoning and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter per recipes.
• Shape and cut dough for doughnuts.
• Safely operate bakery equipment.
• Follow food safety policies at all times.
• Maintain production sheets and record doughnut output.
• Operate fryer and monitor temperatures.
• Prepare icings and decorate doughnuts.
• Sort doughnuts according to production sheets.
• Oversee general quality of products.
• Handle inventory and notify supervisor when stock is low.
