Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a team member in Wind Gap to support bakery operations and daily store duties. You will review the shift schedule, prepare equipment and ingredients, bake goods, label and wrap products, and ensure clean, organized display cases.

Qualifications include US work authorization, ability to read and communicate effectively, physical stamina for shifts, and prior experience or training is preferred. The role requires compliance with safety policies and PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively to perform duties and follow safety policies.
• Must complete the 60-day introductory period.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for the role.
• Must learn to operate equipment and tools used for the job.
• Must be able to perform all functions safely and meet performance standards.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule at the start of the shift and prepare equipment and PPE.
• Assemble and bake goods; place trays in ovens and bake as required.
• Package, label, display, and wrap baked goods; keep cases clean and stocked.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.
