Job summary

Newly Weds Foods is seeking a Mixer to monitor and adjust the product on the production floor. You will handle mixing operations, read batch tickets, and ensure quality by making water and yeast adjustments as needed.

You will operate mixers, conveyors, and robots, complete lot-tracking tickets, and perform sanitation. Training of new operators and collaboration with supervisors are expected, with standard safety practices on site.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.
• Basic HACCP and GMP knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixer, conveyors, and robot.
• Complete batch tickets for lot tracking and traceability.
• Monitor dough quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Assist training of new mixer operators.
• Perform sanitation of all mixing equipment.
• Assist in other areas as directed by supervisor.
