Job summary

The GIANT Company in Bethlehem, PA is hiring for a bakery/production teammate responsible for preparing, baking, and displaying fresh goods. You’ll review daily schedules, handle equipment safely, and ensure label accuracy.

You will package, wrap, and rotate products, keep display cases clean, maintain sanitation, and track losses. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and meet attendance standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must read, write, and communicate to complete job duties and comply with policies and safety regulations.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet the company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of shift and prepare PPE and supplies.
• Assemble and bake goods, place on trays, and bake.
• Package and wrap baked goods, print labels, and display properly.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, displays, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss.
