Job summary

The GIANT Company in Frazer, PA is seeking a store team member to support bakery and service operations. You will start shifts by reviewing the schedule, gathering supplies, and preparing for duties while following PPE requirements.

Duties include assembling and baking goods, labeling and stocking displays, cleaning surfaces and equipment, and tracking loss. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States, willing to lift up to 50 lbs, and complete a 60-day introductory period.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have valid identification.
• Must read, write, and communicate effectively to perform duties.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
• Must be able to learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet the company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes for this job.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule and prepare the required equipment and supplies at the start of shift.
• Assemble and bake goods, place on trays, bake, and manage oven processes.
• Package and label baked goods, label products, and clean display cases.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors and counters.
• Track and record loss.
