Qualifications

• 2+ years in grief counseling, hospice, or related field focused on family support.
• Strong verbal and written communication with empathy and resilience.
• Ability to handle crisis situations with poise and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate support to families navigating organ/donor decisions.
• Conduct donor risk assessments and interviews with sensitivity and dignity.
• Engage in crisis intervention for families coping with loss and grief.
• Collaborate with team to develop supportive and educational programs.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication with hospital staff and families.
