Job summary

LifeShare Network is seeking a Donation Advocate to guide families through grief and family support during the organ donation process. This role requires night shifts (8 PM–8 AM) across Oklahoma, including weekends/holidays, with travel across the state.

You will provide compassionate care, perform donor risk assessments, and collaborate with hospital staff to ensure a high standard of care for donor families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in grief counseling, hospice care, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication with empathy and resilience.
• Demonstrated crisis management and emotional support skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays on-call rotation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; hospital EMR experience a plus.
