Job summary

Rhino Foods is seeking a Distribution Team Member for the 3rd shift (11:00 pm – 7:00 am) Sundays to Fridays. You will support loading/unloading trucks, move ingredients to production lines, and transfer finished goods, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, proper reporting of damages, and proficient use of warehouse equipment with a strong safety focus. This is a hands-on position in a production/warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in food production or manufacturing preferred.
• Upon hire, required to complete PIT certification.
• Ability to work as a respectful team member within a collaborative team.
• Ability to utilize email, Microsoft applications, and other internal software for daily communication between facilities, shifts, and departments.

Responsibilities

• Gather and organize materials, packaging, and supplies per production specs.
• Plan the order and frequency of loading materials to the distribution center based on schedule.
• Load trucks with finished goods.
• Load pallets and operate pallet wrapper.
• Report or correct damages prior to transfer of material.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials in the warehouse.
