Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mount printing plates and cutting dies with precision
• Ensure alignment using grid lines and registration marks
• Review job specifications to select dies, inks and plates
• Inspect dies and plates for defects and perform initial proof checks
• Maintain and store plates and dies for future use
• Operate and maintain the BWP Flexpro to meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance
• Ensure color accuracy and match customer specifications
• Coordinate raw materials and manage inventory to keep production running smoothly
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace in compliance with safety regulations
