Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating digital printing systems.
• Excellent computer skills and precision in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Mounting printing plates and cutting dies on cylinders, carriers or mounting blankets.
• Ensure precise alignment using grids and registration marks.
• Review job specifications to select dies, inks, and plates.
• Quality control of dies and plates; run initial test proofs.
• Maintain and store plates and dies after jobs.
• Operate and maintain BWP Flexpro to produce quality products.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Ensure color accuracy and match customer specifications.
• Coordinate raw materials and manage inventory.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace per safety regulations.
