Job summary

Suncore Construction & Materials is seeking a Diesel Mechanic for the night shift to maintain and repair our construction equipment fleet, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

You will perform routine services, diagnose faults, read manuals and schematics, and ensure parts are replaced as needed; a valid driver's license and experience with diagnostic tools are required.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and hydraulic diagrams.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy equipment.
• Inspect for worn or damaged parts and replace as needed.
• Troubleshoot engine fault codes using diagnostic tools.
