Job summary

adidas is seeking a Front Half Night Shift Leader for our distribution center in the Wilkes-Barre area. This hourly role supports the operations leadership team by guiding up to 50 associates, coaching performance, and ensuring safety and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with DC operations knowledge, proficient in Excel/Outlook/Word, and comfortable working with RF guns and WMS systems during night shifts.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English (read, write, speak).
• Experience leading teams in a warehouse or distribution setting.
• Strong problem-solving and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates.
• Adhere to SOPs and model best practices.
• Maintain a safe, productive work environment.
• Recognize and reward performance.
• Train and coach staff to meet goals and service levels.
• Mentor teammates for career development.
• Share best practices to improve processes.
• Utilize RF guns and kiosks to log activities in the WMS/LM modules.
