Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. seeks a skilled maintenance professional in Aurora, CO to keep facilities and equipment running smoothly.

You will perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems, supporting operations with a hands-on, safety‑driven approach. You’ll work with IT, Facilities, and Operations teams, handle routine tasks, and coordinate with contractors to ensure safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in maintenance, automation, or a similar technical role.
• Experience with automated systems, conveyors, or robotics preferred/required.
• Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Hands‑on experience using tools to troubleshoot, repair and resolve maintenance issues.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including the ability to use systems/software to track and manage work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of the facility, grounds, building systems, equipment, and AutoStore system; monitor performance and respond to issues as they arise.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, generators, and other equipment) to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain and coordinate testing and service for Fire/Life Safety systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the facility, including lighting, minor repairs, cleaning, and general upkeep.
• Support day-to-day facility needs, including moves, equipment setup, spill cleanup, and general maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and ongoing services.
