Job summary

Clinilabs Inc. in Eatontown, NJ is seeking a detail-oriented Corelab Data Assistant to support data entry across studies and assist Corelab and Clinilabs personnel with various tasks. This is a night shift role and compensation is $22 per hour.

The role requires at least a high school diploma; college degrees are preferred. Candidates should have strong clerical, computer, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to document work accurately and meet assignment timelines while adhering to cGCPs

Qualifications

• Excellent clerical and documentation abilities.
• Must be organized and able to meet timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support Corelab personnel with data entry and filing.
• Enter data into databases and verify accuracy.
• Maintain communication with Corelab project team members and Sponsor/CRO/vendor teams.
• Monitor project timelines and quality issues; provide entry status reports.
• Follow and ensure compliance with cGCPs and corporate policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned; this is a night shift position.
