Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Data Center Technician II for the Night Shift (11:00pm–7:30am) in Santa Clara, CA. You will support operational integrity, security, and regulatory compliance of the data center, handling build-outs, cable termination, testing, and routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or greater.
• 2+ years in facilities or telecom is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cabling media types and telecom practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage service requests through resolution.
• Complete work orders and tickets in a timely manner.
• Remote Hands Management and Work Order Completion.
