The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer service or security, plus the ability to pass a thorough background check and work in a mission-critical, 24x7 environment. Expect non-standard hours and on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in either customer service or security industry.
• Be able to pass an extensive background check.
• Experience in a mission critical facility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to abnormal conditions in facilities systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Monitoring, Security, and Control).
• Provide day-to-day exceptional customer service and support.
• Prepare detailed reports and daily activity logs.
• Manage building service requests through resolution.
• Notify customers and teams of security alarms and breaches.
