Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware repairs to ensure service availability.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to operational incidents.
• Serve as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
• Contribute to documentation and onboard new team members.
