US Signal is seeking a Support Agent to join our Grand Rapids, MI data centers. This on-site role covers a 12-hour night shift (Sunday to Tuesday and every other Wednesday) within our Technical Operations Center, delivering Tier One support across Cloud, Connectivity, Colocation, Data Protection, and Security.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 2+ years of professional experience.
• CJIS certification within introductory period of employment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; provide timely updates and accurate documentation of interactions.
• Perform Tier 1 troubleshooting and implement basic service changes while meeting SLAs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Outside Operations to resolve complex issues.
• Conduct facility walkthroughs, provide remote hands support, escort visitors, and process deliveries.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks per MOPs and support special projects.
