Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Data Center Critical Operations Engineer II for the night shift in Denver, CO. You will operate, maintain and troubleshoot critical facility systems to support reliable data center operations, requiring an understanding of electrical, mechanical, cooling, and fire/life safety systems.

You will support customer infrastructure projects, resolve operational issues, mentor teammates, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with technicians, vendors, and customers on issues and

Qualifications

• Experience operating or maintaining critical facility electrical, mechanical, or cooling systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and understand dependencies between facility systems.
• Familiarity with fire and life safety systems and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with technicians, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot critical data center systems.
• Assess how changes or issues in one system may affect other facility systems and uptime.
• Support customer infrastructure projects and coordinate with technicians, vendors, and customers.
• Respond to equipment issues and help identify improvements to reliability and performance.
• Follow established operating procedures and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and on the job training to team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
