Qualifications

• Linux/Unix and Windows Server administration required.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing).
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with incident management and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain AWS data center servers, networks, and supporting infrastructure during night shifts.
• Respond to and resolve incidents, alerts, and outages following defined SLAs and escalation paths.
• Perform routine maintenance, deployments, and hardware replacements per change-management procedures.
• Document runbooks, procedures, and incident reports to support knowledge sharing and improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot complex issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and safety standards within the data center.
