Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Data Center Critical Infrastructure Systems Engineer in Charlotte, NC, for an onsite, overnight shift (Sun-Thu, 11:00 PM–8:00 AM). The role supports operation, maintenance, and reliability of mission-critical data center infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with cooling and electrical systems, UPS, generators, and building automation, ensuring 100% uptime in a large enterprise data center.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data center facilities or critical infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical codes and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for electrical and mechanical systems in a data center.
• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, repair, testing, and calibration.
• Maintain and troubleshoot UPS, generators, cooling systems, and building controls.
• Lead troubleshooting for complex system issues.
• Participate in 24x7 operational support.
• Support upgrades and maintenance projects.
