Job summary

Csquare is seeking a Data Center Facilities Technician 2 (Electrical / HVAC) for the graveyard shift in Weehawken, NJ. The role supports electrical and mechanical infrastructure in a 24/7 data center environment and includes on-call emergency response.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, building rounds, coordinating with vendors, monitoring BAS systems, and ensuring SLA compliance. Requires strong organizational and communication skills, with relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Technical certification in critical facilities or data center field preferred.
Experience in mission critical facilities operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Support maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical infrastructure per manufacturers’ recommendations and corporate specifications.
Identify and troubleshoot root causes of problems.
Perform building rounds to ensure site integrity and safety.
Assist and verify customer installations.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers as needed.
Monitor building management systems for efficiency and SLA compliance.
Provide on‑call support and emergency response as required.
Complete assigned tasks as part of project teams.
Respond promptly to internal and external work requests.
