Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking a Sanitation Technician for 12 Hour Nights on a rotating weekend schedule. The role covers monitoring sanitation areas, directing operators, and ensuring SSOP adherence. The team receives a night shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package.

The position reports to the Sanitation Supervisor and requires knowledge of CIP systems, chemical dosing, and dairy sanitation standards. Base pay is disclosed, with competitive company benefits outlined above.

Qualifications

• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• Knowledge of sanitary CIP system design, operation and trouble shooting.
• Knowledge of chemical dosing systems.
• Ability to adjust to changes in operations and procedures.
• Understanding and applying basic microbiological principles.
• Basic understanding of dairy and 3A design standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and administer company policies and procedures; establish SSOPs and conduct audits.
• Under supervision, assist in sanitation initiatives by collecting samples and monitoring washes.
• Review and resolve audit findings; implement improvements.
• Participate in self-inspections with cross-functional teams, assess food safety risks.
• Lead initiatives to reduce chemical usage and improve wash efficacy.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Operations and Maintenance to ensure sanitation programs.
• Troubleshoot automated CIP systems with plant support.
• Assist with sanitation verification and validation tasks and documentation.
• Maintain master cleaning schedule and titration log.
