Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assign work, and provide clear direction to production employees.
• Monitor operations activities to meet production and quality standards.
• Promote safety and conduct investigations; participate in safety trainings.
• Supervise production scheduling and ensure materials are ready for runs.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members; manage performance evaluations.
