Kelly is hiring a Customer Service Representative I for a long-term 3rd shift in Norton Shores, Michigan. The role focuses on order entry, customer support, and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery of parts and services.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining accurate records in SAP and CRM systems, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Comfort with SAP order entry/MRP systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to customer orders and inquiries via group inbox.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams by phone and email.
• Prioritize responses based on urgency and deadlines.
• Check inventory daily for incoming repair parts and cores.
• Monitor Open Order, E-stock, RMA, Core and Add Bill reports for accuracy.
• Enter repair management orders and track status for customers.
• Coordinate with leadership and clients on daily escalations.
• Work with vendors and inventory planners for repairs and purchases.
