Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Customer Service Representative I for our Norton Shores, Michigan site. You will join the Frontline Customer Service Team handling quotes, orders, logistics, and sales order prioritization, with daily and weekly reporting to monitor business health.

Responsibilities include timely responses to inquiries, professional communication via phone and email, inventory checks, order processing, and coordinating with leadership and clients to resolve escalations while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and SAP is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel background.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Logistics or inventory management experience preferred.
• Completed high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer orders, RFQs, and inquiries from a group inbox.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email.
• Prioritize customer responses by urgency.
• Check inventory daily for repair parts and cores.
• Review Open Order, E-stock, RMA, Core and Add Bill reports daily.
• Research and request necessary information from customers or SAP.
