Job summary

McCain Foods USA, Inc. is seeking a Custodian (B shift) to support the sanitation team. The role ensures a clean, safe, and sanitary facility environment with cleaning and custodial duties across the site. Working hours are 6pm–6am on the B crew.

The position requires physical activity, adherence to safety procedures, and the use of PPE. Join a global food company dedicated to quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Read and follow basic instructions and safety procedures.
• Physically active role including walking, standing, bending, and climbing.
• Willingness to wear required PPE (footwear, gloves, hairnets, suits, hearing protection, goggles).

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors and areas.
• Sanitize hard surfaces and restrooms.
• Empty trash and replenish supplies.
• Follow procedures for cleaning chemicals, MSDS, and HACCP.
• Identify and report hazardous sanitation conditions.
• Assist with painting and deep cleaning as needed.
• Follow plant safety procedures, GMPs, PPE requirements, and policies.
• Perform additional custodial duties as assigned.
