Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness across assigned areas in Irving, Texas. Expect 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM shifts (Mon-Fri) with overtime and weekend work as needed, at $16.00–$16.50 per hour. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and guest satisfaction in a facilities environment.

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience: No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow the daily schedule and perform all duties listed.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Work as part of a team and support shift lead.
• Perform repetitive tasks and maintain a clean work area.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service requirements and reporting systems.
• Other duties may be assigned.
