Job summary

A facility management company in Schertz, Texas is seeking a Custodian to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas. Responsibilities include operating cleaning equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and performing hazardous waste duties. Candidates should have strong communication skills and ideally some training or experience. Work hours are Mon-Fri, from 6:00 pm to 2:30 am, with a compensation rate between $14.00 and $15.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Completion of safety and task training certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas.
• Perform hazardous waste responsibilities.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
