Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum six months related experience.
• NJ First Act residency requirement for public employment.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain buildings including restrooms, classrooms, offices and common areas.
• Use approved cleaning methods and restock supplies as needed.
• Set up and clean for events; move furniture as required.
• Perform snow removal and exterior area cleaning.
• Follow safety policies and operate equipment carefully.
