Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive operations experience.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assists Site Manager with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
• Oversees daily workflow of the department and performance evaluations.
• Provides disciplinary actions in accordance with policy.
• Coordinates and supervises custodial staff to meet contract expectations.
• Trains employees on safety, policies, and procedures; reports incidents.
• Ensures personnel have equipment and supplies; conducts quality and safety inspections.
• Evaluates supplies and equipment; ensures contractor services meet standards.
• Supports Site Manager to maximize profitability; performs related duties.
