Job summary

Verde Clean in Indiana is seeking a Site Supervisor to assist the Site Manager with hiring, scheduling, training, and supervising custodial staff for day shifts. The role emphasizes maintaining cleanliness, safety, and OSHA compliance across the assigned site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible operations experience.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
• Oversee daily workflow of the department.
• Provide constructive feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist with discipline and termination of department staff per policy.
• Coordinate custodial activities and ensure service quality at the site.
• Train staff on safety, policies, and procedures; report incidents to the Site Manager.
• Ensure custodial staff have equipment and supplies.
• Conduct quality, service, and safety inspections and report findings.
• Recommend new custodial supplies and equipment; ensure contractor services meet contract.
• Support management to maximize profitability.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
