Job summary

Verde is seeking a Site Supervisor to support the Site Manager in staffing, scheduling, and training custodial staff for day shifts at a to-be-determined Utah site. The role emphasizes maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and OSHA-compliant conditions across assigned areas.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily workflow, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring equipment and supplies are available. The position may oversee cleaners, door monitors, or fire watch staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of progressively responsible experience in operations.
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience, managing direct reports, preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff.
• Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
• Provide constructive feedback and timely performance evaluations.
• Discipline and termination of department staff per policy.
• Coordinate and supervise custodial staff to meet contract service expectations.
