Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking a Site Supervisor to support Site Manager with hiring, scheduling, and training custodial staff for day shifts. The role includes direct supervision of custodial teams and ensuring cleanliness and OSHA-compliant operations.

You will coordinate staffing, provide performance feedback, and ensure equipment and supplies are available to perform duties. Strong leadership and communication are essential for safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of operations experience.
• Minimum of one year of supervisory experience, managing direct reports.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training staff in the department.
• Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
• Provide constructive feedback and timely performance evaluations of staff.
• Assist Site Manager with discipline and termination of department staff per policy.
• Coordinate and supervise activities of custodial employees to meet site service expectations.
• Train employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures; report accidents to Site Manager.
• Ensure custodial personnel have necessary equipment and supplies.
• Conduct regular quality, service, and safety inspections and report findings.
• Evaluate and recommend new supplies and equipment; ensure contractor services meet standards.
• Perform management responsibilities per company policies and laws; propose corrective actions.
• Work with Site Manager to maximize profitability.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
